1. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required within 24 hours of the invoice being issued.
- Overdue invoices will incur a late fee of $10 per week.
- If payment remains outstanding after reasonable contact attempts, the invoice may be referred to a debt recovery service.
- Final media will not be delivered until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
2. Booking & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice total.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All photo and video content remains the property of Trianglepixel until full payment is received.
- Once payment has been made in full, the client is granted a personal-use licence to post and share the content.
- If an invoice becomes overdue, all usage rights are immediately suspended until payment is completed.
- Commercial use, including advertising, sponsorships, brand promotions, or paid partnerships, requires prior written approval.
4. Media Delivery
- Media will be delivered digitally via a secure download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Pixieset, or similar platform).
- Delivery is considered complete once the download link has been provided.
- Accessing or downloading the files confirms receipt.
5. Refunds, Results & Cancellations
- No refunds will be issued once media has been delivered.
- Match results do not affect payment obligations. Whether the client wins, loses, or is dissatisfied with their performance, payment remains due as the filming and/or photography service has been completed.
- Coverage will be provided as booked, regardless of the match outcome.
- If the client cancels after confirming the booking, any deposit or booking fee is non-refundable.
6. Event Day Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for notifying Trianglepixel before their match or scheduled event.
- If the client fails to communicate their match timing or cannot be contacted, missed coverage will not be refunded.
- As event schedules may change, the client is responsible for providing updates where necessary.
7. Editing & Turnaround
- Standard editing is included in all packages.
- Additional editing requests or revisions may incur extra charges.
- Turnaround times may vary depending on event volume and workload.
8. Event Conditions & Liability
- Trianglepixel is not responsible for venue restrictions, event delays, referee decisions, poor lighting conditions, or circumstances outside of its control.
- In the event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency preventing coverage, a refund or partial refund may be offered at discretion.
9. Agreement
By submitting a booking or proceeding with a service, the client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- Agree to all payment, copyright, delivery, and event-day policies.
- Acknowledge that this forms a binding agreement between both parties.
